On Aldama street, between 20 de Noviembre and C. de J.P García streets.
If you need to buy some basic products for your stay such as drinking water and food, going down from the house on the right hand side (in the direction of the market) you will find a local and commercial products store called Arce Lacteos, there you can buy refrigerated drinks and food such as eggs, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, milk, among others.
If you have a car at your disposal, there is a paid public parking lot working from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.
We offer free 24-hour parking at the Rivera del Ángel hotel, which is located 3 blocks from the house.
If you need a pharmacy, there is a Farmacia del Ahorro just one block away, walking on 20 de Noviembre street (in front of the Benito Juárez market) towards Las Casas street. The contact number is 951 515 5000.
If you need laundry service, the first place next to Casa Aldama offers these services. The name is Lavandería Net Laundry and the contact number is 951 5144269.
If you are one of the adventurers and you want to move quickly in traffic, we recommend renting a scooter at Rent A Scooter just one block from Casa Aldama. The contact number is 951 594 3088. It is located inside a Cafeteria so while you do the paperwork you can have a delicious coffee and have a sandwich for breakfast.
SECURITY
Oaxaca is a very touristic and safe city, however the danger exists everywhere in the world, as in any city in Latin America we recommend you not to be alone in the streets at night and preferably take a taxi or uber to return home if It's too late.
PETS
All pets are welcome at Casa Aldama, we offer you a small bowl of water / food for this member of the family. We ask you in the most attentive way that their needs are done outside the house, or if they have an accident, you take care of cleaning them. You will also have to be held responsible for any pranks he does that may damage the property or any furniture or decorations in the house.
If any element of the property suffers an accident, breakage or damage, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible through the AirBnB App. To be able to solve it between the two of us and that future guests have everything perfect as well as you.
If your stay is for more than two nights, it is most likely that a trusted person will request access to the house in order to turn on the water pump, as it is an old house it still has manual pumping methods (it will not take longer 15 minutes) and we will make sure that the basic water service is always at your disposal.
